Sage is a plant with a slightly peppery flavour, native from the Mediterranean Basin.

Suggestions: use in white or fat meats, pork or poultry fillings, sausages dishes, vegetable soups, sauces and marinades. Sprinkle over pork or poultry meat before roasting.

Ingredient: Healthy, mature, clean and dried leaves from Salvia officialis.
