Dry mix for French pastry cream (custard cream). Cold preparation. Smooth texture cream used in pastry to garnish desserts and cakes. Ideal for filling choux, puffs and pies.
Ingredients: powdered sugar, starch, skimmed MILK powder, dextrose, sodium CMC, salt colours (E100, E160a(i), E150a, E120), flavourings, cinnamon.
May contain traces of cereals with gluten, soy, eggs and nuts (almonds).
