Smoked Paprika is the result of a drying process by wood fire which provides a delicious and unique taste.

Suggestions: seasoning all types of meat, especially in pig and poultry. Add it to the vegetables before cooking. Add to breadcrumbs or flour for breading or frying.

Ingredient: Healthy, mature, clean, dry, ground and smoked fruits from Capsicum annuum.
